Jaw Dropping Waterside Getaway Patterson Lakes

Multiple living spaces including the deck with lots of space, close to shops, pub, petrol station and the beach, quiet area

A few furnishing were dated/needed repairs and but not the end of the world.

Jaw dropping it is NOT!

The property is for sale and so is being let out in the mean time ( this is my assumption from what we found on our arrival) The property therefore contains only the furniture that the departing family didn’t want to take with them. The furniture and carpets were stained. The garden has not been looked after for weeks. All the bins were completely full. We had invited friends over for a BBQ (BBQ was listed in the facilities) but the gas BBQ had no gas, the charcoal BBQ was filthy dirty. When we arrived the key was not where we were told it was. Only by searching round the property did we find the key. The description suggested that there would be groceries to keep us going for a few days, (there is a picture showing these groceries in the spec) we arrived to find lots of random stuff, mostly already opened, in the cupboard, this looked again like just stuff that the family did not want to take with them when they moved. Whilst the location and size of the property was promising, the description of jaw dropping left us feeling completely disappointed.
