Very good location and helpful letting agent. Apartment very clean, spacious and well fitted out. Good views from the balcony. Easy to reach and get around by bus, boat or train.

Host had omitted to renew internet contract so this was not available to us. Also the electrical supply to the apartment is seriously undersized making it prone to power trips if 3 or more appliances used at once - reset is in the basement. Also the instructions in the apartment were only in German and the letting agent had to give me a translation, which delayed understanding of how things worked. I suggested that a microwave oven and an iron would be good additions, but the electricity limitation might figure in any decision.

The people who manage the flat were exceptional and helpful with instructions to get the keys. It is 5 min walk from the train station. It has a supermarket also 5 min walk away. Also various nice restaurants in walking distance. The little balcony is nice to enjoy! It’s clean, new and nice overall.

Wifi did not work during the whole stay which was annoying because of work reasons

Overall, the flat is well located: close to public transport and restaurants. Good internet connection. Good communication with the owner.
