Fantastisk beliggenhed, 3 min. gang fra dejlig strand, 5 min gang fra indkøbscenter. Air conditon virkrg fint, næsten nyt køle fryseskab. Dejlig pool, som blev rengjort hver 3. Dag, dejlig have
Manglende køkken udstyr, huset er meget misligholdt, dårlige havemøbler, lysene i poolen virker ikke.

非常好的地理位置，对面就是bluport，离华欣沙滩也很近，没事出去闲逛走走到哪儿都很方便，去cicada market和tesco lotu’s这些地方也很方便。虽然靠近商业区和沙滩，但很安静，自带的游泳池也很不错。这个villa整体的感觉就是朴素且小而美。
家电比较旧，没有洗衣机，所以想换洗衣服有点不方便。大门比较重，推拉也比较吃力。配备的白色塑料椅感觉不是很能承重，坐的时候有点怕坐坏，可以考虑换承重比较好的。
