Kids pool area, gardens, proximity to beach/night markets.
Pool tiles cut feet first day, but not that big of a deal.

Great location. Lovely swimming pools. Large apartment. Kitchen well stocked.
This apartment was very average. Pillows all need replacing, very stained. The curtains need replacing, very dirty. Showers have black mould which needs cleaning. 2 pan in the kitchen need to be replaced, coating peeling off them. Extra linen needed for changing beds since there is no cleaning. Lots of old plastic flowers which are covered in dust.
Maybe consider placing hand wash in each bathroom and suppling a small amount of washing powder for washing linen.
