The interior is "mixed" not the same style, but very useful. Lovely design, very comfortable and cozy. Many drawers, cupboard, space for everything. Big fridge and freezer, glasses, cups and mugs. The room is clean and all is quite new. The kitchen is equipped with lots of dishes and pans, machines. The water pressure is very good.

With a lot of furniture, it is a quite small 2-room apartment. The door is a joke (standard) and all noise comes in: Of the trains, motorbike enthusiasts with the inevitable noise multipliers and same version of cars. I was informed after inquiry, that I will have the best room, with mountain view. What I saw was an ugly hotel bunker. Mountain view was possible though, when standing on the balcony and lean out to the left side. I don't like this kind of promise. A safe I had in almost all hotels I stayed in. But this is not a hotel, I see. Good my things did not get stolen. It is not cleaned for one week, and to get a new towel, the receptionist needed to call the owner!! (Hotel price, 2000 per day). No breakfast, this I knew. I spoke with the owner on the phone, he informed me that I am not in Switzerland (I forgot). The tap aerator was missing and as I opened it, the water spilled all over the bathroom and my clothes. It was not possible to repair that, and Home Depot has no new one (haha). The tap and the shower fitting was dirty and calcified. Long time no cleaning. They promised to clean, but it was not cleaned. I left the key at the reception for cleaning that, because there is no 2nd. key. The outdoor device of the air conditioning was very loud, I couldn't sleep well. That was repaired so that it was only a little grumbling. But still not silent, nothing is like in Switzerland (perfect). All this needed daily conversation with the owner in booking.com. I didn't need. 5 days were already too much there. A condo of that kind costs around 6-15'000 THB per month. 2000 x 30 = 60'000 THB per month. So do not tell me this is not a hotel. If you have guests paying that, you have to deliver. Stand to your promises and repair the stuff. Without discussing every piece.
