Very affordable room. Staff took cash as a form of payment.
Close to a hospital, the room wasn't soundproof. Not really a negative, but I have to confirm the room by using an app called Zalo. I was uncomfortable paying 50% down, but I paid cash when securing the room upon arrival.

The owner is very kind and professional and solve issues immediately, The property situated in Calm place , surrounded by a lot of restaurants and supermarkets Bed great and the room has fridge microwave and utensil Water pressure great

I liked how responsive the staff were and happy to help every time I asked for something. It was a good stay nevertheless.
Cleanliness could have been better. I saw some cobwebs and roaches in the cupboard. The bathroom tiles are also dark but it was a relief that there was no strange smell.
