Небольшая ухоженная, с новым ремонтом, квартира на 1 этаже. Хозяин заранее вышел на связь и проинструктировал. Ключи - бесконтактно. Внутри небольшая но хорошая кухня, хороший набор кухонных принадлежностей. Все продуманнно и аккуратно. Кондиционер, ванна, ТВ - всё работает. Отличная кровать и диван. Освещение в кухне и правда ярче необходимого, но ведь можно выкрутить лампочки :).

If you are intending to stay in Gyumri, look no further than this property. You will not find a nicer, cleaner, or more modern place to stay. We've been travelling in the Caucasus for nearly two months and this place was such an unexpected gem that really revitalised us and left us with a great impression of Gyumri.

It is a cozy, well-equipped apartment with all commodities. The host is very helpful. The location is great. There is a large supermarket next door and a park. The way to the historical center is a beautiful allay with trees. I'll come back for sure. Love it :)

I liked all the stuff related to this apartment. It has a good location, full of all necessary furniture and other stuff. The owner is a very nice person.
There is nothing I didn't like. As mentioned, it was all good. Thanks to the owner for such a friendly and professional service.
