В целом всё супер: соответствует фотографиям, тихо, уютно, аутентично, чисто

Нет шторки в душе, нормальный напор воды в душе (но хотелось бы посильнее), небольшой сквозняк из не очень плотно закрывающихся окон, ручка двери немного болтается

- central location - nice view from the balcony - authentic apartment for yourself in local Armenian small town with abandoned sowjet charme (former Cooper factory in Alaverdi) - plenty of grocery shops nearby - quite Environment - startingpoint of the World Heritage Trail to Haghpat monestary

- very clean bed, but the mattress is a bit worn-out ;)

Felt like travelling back in time and staying at my grandparents home in the best way possible. The interior may be dated but the listing is totally accurate and we loved it. Balcony was very nice to look over the square and the aircon was a bonus. There are plenty of shops and bus stops / taxis downstairs. WiFi was great and it was nice to do a wash of clothes. We didn’t experience any of the negatives other people did. But regarding the power and water mentioned in other reviews must be out of the power of the owners and more in relation to the ruralness of the town.

It was a little difficult to find at first as it is a flat in a flat block, but the locals were very keen to help us and seemed to know where we are going to.

Интересная квартира, в ретро бабушкином стиле. Все очень чисто, белоснежное бельё, тапочки, есть все необходимое. Удобное месторасположение.

При бронировании на букинге у меня отобразилась сумма к оплате, когда мы приехали, хозяйка сказала, что у букинга ошибка и проживание стоит дороже на 2000 драм... Что за армянская хитрость 😐 Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь. Если бы не поздний заезд принципиально бы не осталась. Не хватает микроволновки. Нет отопления, мы включали кондиционер, но как там жить зимой даже не знаю.
