The location was fantastic, and Arthur, our host, was one of the most incredible people we've had the pleasure of renting from. We didn't arrive until 1:30 in the morning, and he waited patiently for us. The refrigerator was stocked with water, fresh fruit, and juice, and there was tea and coffee for us as well. We highly recommend this property not only for its location and amenities, but also for Arthur. He's one of the most interesting and personable people we've had the pleasure of meeting during our travels.

I really recommend this place, and even more will return here again since I travel quite often to Gyumri for business reasons. Arthur treated me as if I were his good friend, with care and respect.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was always available and attentive. Amazing service! The apartment had everything we needed, perfect for a long and comfortable stay.

The owner was very intelligent and carrying person, great location, clean apartment, cozy and with all necessary staff. We will return for sure! Very thankful to the owner as he did his best to make our vacation perfect!
