A very good hotel by Egyptian standards, with a delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
I had no negative experiences during my stay.

Located very well, nice view from roof, rooms spacious enough, breakfast is decent
We stayed 2 nights, second day they didnt clean the room. We asked at least to change towels and puck up garbage twice, no one came. The shower drain was blocked, the water didnt go down at all, i had to open it and found a lot of old dirt and many hair, which i had to clean by myself. Afterwards i was washing my hands for a long time with a lot of soap
