"A charming, unpretentious place. There are 3 rooms, 1 has its own bathroom, other two have to share the bathroom with each other. But in fact there is not a problem, all is very clean, well-organized ..."

Good location (close to the train station) with a good sized room. Access to a shared kitchen, including tea and coffee. Clear instruction on how to access the property provided. A good choice to stay for one or two nights.
The wording regarding the bed sheets and towels not being included in the price should be clearer. As a guest, you should check with owner on what is included and not included before booking.
