Closeness to the beach which wasn’t crowded, very nice owner

Sometimes we had a problem with opening the door that needed a password, we had tried a couple of times to get them opened but it wasn’t a big issue

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was very convenient, with two bus stops just a short walk away. The owner was extremely responsive, polite, and always willing to help and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. The room was spacious, with new furniture and tiles, and the property has clearly been recently renovated. The room is on the ground floor, which may be worth knowing in advance. If this issue with the ants is eventually resolved, and with some fresh paint on the walls to cover the moisture stains, we believe this accommodation could be a very good choice. The convenient location, spacious and recently renovated room, and especially the owner’s kindness and willingness to help are definitely positive aspects.

The main issue we experienced was with ants. Despite the owner’s efforts to deal with the problem, unfortunately it was not completely resolved during our stay. We did not eat or keep any food in the room at all, yet we still found ants, even in the sink, apparently attracted by traces of toothpaste. We understand that this may be related to the age of the building and the general humidity, but it was still an inconvenience.
