The location is insane so central you can walk most places and good essential spots/shops close by

Nice apartment in a very convenient location, close to Gare de l'Est and a metro station, making it easy to get around Paris. The apartment appears renovated and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and although the bathroom is small, it is modern and well maintained. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast, which made it a great place to work remotely. The apartment is quite compact, and when the sofa bed is opened for a third guest, the available space becomes more limited. The kitchen equipment was adequate, though a few extra coffee spoons and glass cups would be appreciated. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-located apartment that I would recommend.

It has air conditioning, although the window needs to remain slightly open for the exhaust hose, which means some street noise can be heard at night. A pair of earplugs easily solves the issue.

L'emplacement était intéressant malgré le bruit important de la rue. Il y avait de la wifi, une télé. Le matériel à disposition était pertinent. Facile d'accès et hôte très réactif.

Il n'y a pas de chaises pour s'asseoir manger. Il n'y avait pas de sac poubelle. Nous entendions énormément la télé du voisin. La rue est assez bruyante le soir.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, vicino alle fermate metro, tanti ristoranti, bistrot, x mangiare. Panetteria ottima x fare colazione proprio sotto l appartamento. È una strada molto frequentata da giovani fino a tarda sera ma le finestre dell' appartamento sono insonorizzate quindi si riesce a dormire perfettamente.È adeguato per 4 persone, giusto x dormire. La pulizia dell' alloggio invece lascia molto a desiderare.

Mancanza di pulizia, mancanza di appendiabiti sia in bagno che nella stanza.
