In Realita ist es so wie auf Booking beschrieben / bebildert. Der Dialog mit dem Vermieter war sachlich und schnell, aber in einem Punkt nicht zielführend - siehe unten.

Es fehlt dt. TV, ich möchte nicht wissen, wie der Urlaub gewesen wäre, wenn die Woche verregnet gewesen wäre. Es fehlt abseits der Trocknerfunktion der Waschmaschine ein klassischer Wäschetrockenständer, denn nicht alles soll eine Maschine trocknern. So nutzen die Gäste dafür Möbelstücke oder Türrahmen, die von Feuchte auf Dauer nicht besser werden. UND: Die Baustelle vor dem Balkon am Nachbargebäude, die noch mindestens die Saison 2026 überdauern wird, wurde (natürlich) verschwiegen. In unserer Woche war nicht viel Lärm, kann aber sicher andere Wochen geben. Die kpl. Beschreibung der Wohnung, was ist drin, was wird gestellt, was nicht, kommt erst 24 Std. vorher. Das ist zu spät und ich bat vergeblich darum, diese eher zu bekommen. Denn natürlich will man zu Hause das einpacken, was vor Ort nicht inklusiv ist, und 24 Std. vorher waren wir längst on tour.

The Location was great for all areas town and beach and very quiet

Second Bathroom / Shower room a bit cramped

Beautiful property, well looked after with lovely small touches all round the apartment. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and equipment you would need. Bedroom was comfortable and the lounge/dining room was perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings.

WiFi wasn’t great, struggled to watch Netflix occasionally. Sadly there were builders on the building next door, who were working 8-5. Nothing that the property owner could do about it but the building works noise, music and builder “banter” did impact our stay. Would return, once that work was completed.
