Situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives, 9 Lyonesse Apartments is a bright and spacious ground floor apartment, finished to a high standard. Superb sea views across St Ives Bay can be enjoyed from the patio area, bedroom one and the living room, overlooking Godrevy Lighthouse, Hayle Towans and beyond. This fabulous apartment benefits from a parking space.

Dining Area: With dining table and chairs for up to four guests.

Living Room: This lovely generous room has fabulous views across the bay and out to sea and boasts high ceilings, comfy sofas and a TV and DVD player.

Kitchen: With double electric oven, five ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility Area: Housing washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), TV and sea views. En Suite Shower Room: Shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: Super spacious bedroom with twin beds (3'), bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe, plus TV with DVD player.

Bathroom: Whirlpool bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.


OUTSIDE: Private patio area to the front of the apartment with table and chairs.


PARKING: Allocated parking space for one car to the rear of the property in the communal parking area (approximately 1.8 metres wide).


Power and Heat: Gas central heating. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
