The Point resting in St Ives in Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area for four and a sitting room with TV with Sky Sports package. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin serviced by a family bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a south facing, decked, terrace with furniture. Shop, pub and beach are all within a short walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Travel cot and highchair provided. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Point is a wonderful setting for a family seascape.

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated, with very individual touches. The owner has provided full information on the flat in a folder and there is a visitors’ book with tips too. The location is very good, near the town and the beach. The area is quiet and the view from the balcony is great. The parking was very welcome, but it was also very convenient for the train station.
