The location is excellent to walk anywhere in Nice Centre and to the beach. The apartment is very clean with chic design. The equipments are of high quality and very complete. The terrace is great for breakfast

The exhaust air vent in the bathroom is too noisy

This apartment had a lot more space than we have experienced elsewhere in France. Close to the train station and tram stops, makes getting around really easy.

The space itself was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had the basics necessary to prepare simple meals. Nice shower. The main bed was super comfortable. The fold out couch was decent (we worked out it was best with head at the bottom). The outdoor space was very nice. The location was fantastic. A quick walk to the tram to get wherever you wanted to go but there were also cafes and shops a short walk away.

Every night (four nights) there were loud noises that lasted long into the night. The worst of it seemed to be coming from the flat above the main bedroom. It sounded like they were running around, then dropping things and then moving furniture. And it went well into the night, getting quieter maybe around 2? then starting back up again at 8. I didn't get a good nights sleep. This is not the fault of the hosts obviously. But they need to speak to whoever lives above. If it weren't for our inability to sleep we would 100% go back to this place but sleep is essential so we wouldn't book it again. If you're a heavy sleeper then go for it.
