Everything was excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great, close to Milano Centrale, and the check-in instructions were very clear. We really enjoyed our stay with our family. Thank you for everything!
Everything was great, and we have no complaints. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The location was close to the Milano Central and there are restaurants around the property. The property owner was very responsive and helpful.
There was renovation work at the time of our stay so it was quite noisy. There was no complimentary tea or coffee even though there were mugs and a kettle. There is only one small bin for the whole apartment and if you are staying for couple of days it’s inconvenient. Property is not walking distance to the main sites.

Location is very good, near Central railway station. The ‘flat’ is on second floor of huge building used for lots of purposes but there are lifts. The property was clean and beds comfortable.
Surprised to find no chairs or tables. There was a small fridge, microwave, a kettle and 4 mugs but no other crockery or cutlery. Not even a teaspoon, and the only waste bin was the tiny one in the bathroom.
