Even though the AC was broken, by the time we arrived, they had two Mini AC units for us, which we really appreciated. It showed that they cared. The room itself was very nice, with fridge and microwave. There's also a 5€ luggage storage downstairs, which was a nice backup to have. Also located right next to the big train station, which was very useful.

zona, grandezza degli ambienti, arredi nuovi, procedure check in e check out semplici, servizio custodia valigie, pulizia tutto già al top. ma quello che mi ha colpito è stata la grande professionalità e gentilezza della signora che ha gestito una mia distrazione- avevo lasciato un anello di valore finito sotto un letto- facendo tornare la squadra delle pulizie e risolvendo il problema entro un'ora dalla mia segnalazione. Davvero impagabile. Consiglio vivamente per chi viaggia per lavoro o vuole godersi qualche giorno a Milano in una zona comoda e ad un prezzo che garantisce qualità.

Lage ist großartig direkt am Bahnhof, Kommunikation super fix und unkompliziert. Mit der guten Erklärung kommt man super zur Wohnung. Komfort passt gut, Dusche und Wasserdruck sind angenehm. Ein Concierge ist im Eingangsbereich. Die Haus-Klimaanlage war defekt, weswegen bei uns spontan beide Schlafräume ein mobiles Klimagerät bekommen haben, was für Anfang Juni vollkommen gereicht hat. Rundum tolle Essens-Möglichkeiten. Für die Zentrale Lage ruhige Nacht.

Die kleinen Klimageräte hatten nur Abluft durch gekippte Fenster - dadurch hatten wir nachts leider Stechmücken im Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist allgemein etwas seltsam. Im Hauptzimmer steht eine Mikrowelle auf einem Kühlschrank - aber es gibt nicht einen Teller oder Löffel, nur vier Tassen.

The air conditioning didn’t work, so the host had installed some air coolers with vents that went outside the windows. Which caused all of myself and my kids to wake up with mosquito bites. It got so bad that we had turn off the air coolers and shut the windows to keep mosquitoes away.
