    We had an extremely frustrating stay at this property and ultimately had to abandon our booking entirely. Prior to arriving, I tried calling the hotel to confirm our 7:00 PM check-in time. I was simply instructed to call the front desk number upon arrival. When we got to the property, no one answered. We were left waiting outside for 30 minutes just to get someone to pick up the phone so we could check in—which should have been a red flag right from the start. Things only got worse once we finally stepped into the room: Cleanliness Issues: The floors were visibly dirty and felt sticky underfoot. Unsanitary Conditions: Used towels were left sitting on top of the toilet seat. Health Concerns: Upon inspecting the bed, we discovered visible mould on the bed sheets. We immediately attempted to contact reception to address these major hygiene issues, but no one answered the phone—despite it only being 8:30 PM. Faced with severe health concerns, zero customer support, and an unhygienic environment, we felt completely unsafe staying the night. We left the premises immediately and had to pay out-of-pocket to book a last-minute room at another hotel. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
