דירה גדולה ומרווחת עם שני חדרים גדולים ועוד יחדת הורים. מטבח מאובזר לחלוטין. סלון נוח. הגינה מאד נחמדה. כוללת פינת ישיבה מקסימה וג׳קוזי.

מחתם משפחתי ברובע הבשמים שהופך אט אט ממתחם תעשייתי למתחם גלריות, מסעדות, ברים ואכסניות. המקום נותן מענה למשפחה עם רצון לפרטיות. אנחנו היינו 2 זוגות + 5 ילדים סה"כ והיה בול. המתחם המשותף הוא גדול ומפנק ומי שנמצע במטח הוא חלק מההתרחשות. החצר המטופחת גם חמודה והגקוזי למרות היותו קטן יחסית מוסיף נקודת עניין לילדים.
המנגל לא היה מחובר לגז או לפחות לא היו הוראות איך להפעילו.
