    Leez Inn has always been our first choice whenever we travel to Manila. Our first stays were spectacular, however, our recent stay is a bit frustrating. Since we were put in a 5th floor room for our 3-night stay. With No elevators, you can imagine how it is coming up and down from our room. Also there are some little things that they should check and act on. Like the back door of our room has broken lock, the lavatory faucet has this sound that is so annoying. There are about 4 busted lights, the outlets are loose, no extra bed for additional pax, all those things. As for the staff, they were all good as always. Hopefully they check the room before they sell it. The location is very strategic. It’s still our first choice tho. Thank you

    Dear Leez Inn Malate Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the severe lack of communication and the misleading information provided regarding your check-in and check-out policies. On June 16,2026, I was attempting to book a room at your property via Agoda for an late-night arrival. Because your hotel is advertised as a 24/7 fully operational establishment with a round-the-clock front desk, I tried contacting your team directly with an urgent inquiry before finalizing my booking. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, no one answered my inquiries or took immediate action to assist me. Due to the lack of response from your end, I was forced to use Agoda’s customer support. The automated support system explicitly stated that Leez Inn Malate offers .flexible check-in/check-out times. Based on this official information, we planned our stay around our late schedule: Actual Check-in Time: Between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM Expected Check-out Time: Between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM the following day (matching a 24-hour stay framework guaranteed by the "flexible time" policy). However, upon arriving at your front desk, your staff informed us that any check-in from 2:00 PM onwards is not considered a 24-hour stay, forcing us into an entirely different check-out schedule than what was advertised and communicated. As a 24/7 hotel, it is highly disappointing that your team was unreachable during a time of need, and that your listed policies on booking platforms contradict the actual rules enforced by your front desk staff. This lack of synchronization and poor responsiveness caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I request that management reviews this incident, updates your automated information on Agoda to reflect your true policies, and ensures your front desk communication channels are actually manned 24/7.
