    The room was clean. The facilities such as the toilet and bath works well. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were ready to help and friendly. The jeepneys on the street outside can be quite loud but it's not too loud during the day. Also, room cleaning was available for free.

    It is a budget-friendly hotel in Nakpil Street, Malate, Manila. Overall, guests generally find it a good option for an affordable stay, particularly because of its location and comfortable rooms.

    This place was terrible. Yung mga rooms are amoy kulob and amoy sigarilyo. May mga ipis din sa room and the ac is mahina and suddenly stops in the middle of the night. The water is drying sa balat and there's no wifi nung nag-check in kami hanggang makapagcheck-out, wala pa din. The staff are courteous though, pero the place dugyot.

    We booked this hotel because we were attending an event in Malate, near the Ermita area, and we were looking for an affordable place to stay nearby. We were traveling on a tight budget, so finding a discounted room in the ₱800–₱900 range was a big help, especially compared with other nearby hotels that were around ₱1,000–₱1,500 or more. Our room was on the 5th floor, which I actually found comfortable because being on a higher floor helped minimize the noise from the road. The quieter atmosphere was also helpful since we needed to work during our stay. The ambiance was nice, and the Wi-Fi connection was good, which was definitely a plus. One suggestion would be to have an elevator or lift, especially for tourists or guests carrying several pieces of luggage, since going up to the 5th floor can be challenging. There was also a kettle available, which was convenient for making coffee. For a budget stay, especially if you need somewhere reasonably near Malate/Ermita, I think this hotel is a good option. Considering the discounted price we got, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our stay was. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider booking here again.
