The location is sensational- right in the thick of it but not noisy. It is a well kept place in a quiet building. Elevator access.

It is quite basic and small. Good for a short stay (3 nights etc) but lacks some comforts - like a couch or decent chairs. Bathroom is very small but workable.

Initially, we were a bit dismayed but after it was cleaned it was actually quite cosy and we were happy with our stay. Everything was provided and the location was excellent. If you are happy to have reasonable accommodation with a good location then this is definitely a place to choose for budget travelers.

The bathroom was tiny, so if you are on the large size or older there are difficulties getting in an d pout of the tub for a shower. If this is no problem then the other issue is the water pressure and temperature which don’t stay stable.

Veramente ottima posizione, nonostante fossimo a Kabukicho, quella zona era veramente tranquilla, due seven eleven vicini e la stazione a due passi. La camera spaziosa rispetto agli standard giapponesi, letti singoli ma comodissimi, smart tv e wifi gratuito

Assolutamente sospetto il cartello appeso all’interno dell’ascensore e all’ingresso degli appartamenti con su scritto “é severamente vietato affittare questi appartamenti come bnb, in caso di sospetti chiameremo la polizia”, non so se fosse vero o meno, perché abbiamo visto altri turisti.Il bagno troppo piccolo, senza finestre; il locale in generale non era proprio pulitissimo, abbiamo trovato lo spazzolino di qualcun’altro in bagno

I paid twice. I asked kindly for my double charge for booking the room and they never responded. I even reached out to booking.com for them to tell me it was up to the property. I paid half, then they cancelled my room. Rebooked and stayed, yet did not receive my first payment before they cancelled me.
