Super comfy and quiet. Great after a long flight!! I slept like a baby. The fridge and aircon were super useful. I was surprised by how quiet it was due to how close to Shinjuku it is. The balcony was also great.
It was definitely small but that is to be expected in Tokyo. I wasn't quite sure who to ask about check in and check out but it was pretty hands free regardless.

Eravamo in tre ma ci si poteva stare, posizione ottimale per muoversi a Tokyo .posto tranquillo senza rumori, stanza pulita.fornita di tutto dalla lavatrice alla piastra per capelli
Ci vorrebbe un po di manutenzione, la finestra non chiudeva e lo avevo letto gia in un altra recensione di qualche tempo fa.

Location is very convenient 15 - 20 mins walking to Shinjuku station and others. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Instructions are cleared and easy to access
Space is very limited inside the room. Tiny bathroom but well equipped with shower gel and hair care items. I highly recommend the host to change the towels for thicker ones. The actual towels are very thin. I would not recommend it for more than 2 people per room. However there is a mini kitchen, fridge and laundry machine available in the room.
