Great location and good value place. It is a sort of self service check in but if no one at desk they have your name on a WELCOME board with instructions. Very kind attention by husband and wife. Sound was not working on TV, so they had it switched and working after I told them. Nice soft pillows and mattress. Clean bright white sheets. A/C works good. I was on 3rd floor. Would stay again no problem

No Tv Shower very low pressure and one spout had cold and the other spout had warm No elevator hard in senior for 4 flights of stairs to carry luggage Sliding patio doors would not close or lock Not that clean

Much better than expected and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. 👍

We booked this room for 1 night as we were going to The Elephant Nature Reserve and Carnival Magic on the same day. We're actually staying in Kata but due to the traffic decided to get a hotel to save going backwards and forwards in the traffic. When we arrived there was no one on reception, just a sign that said my name and asked me to call a number. This was a little inconvenient as I don't have a sim package to call/text, I only have data. I called the number and was asked to wait in reception, shortly after a lovely lady greeted us. She was helpful and gave me a phone charger to use as my phone was running low. It took a while to check in as she hand written all of the details from our passports and then we were shown to our room up 2 flights of stairs. The corridor had a large open area that looked like a building site, and looked out onto the main street so was quite noisy. The room was extremely dated and basic, very old tv, large wooden wardrobe and folded spare wrapped in plastic, 2 plastic garden chairs and a fridge. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, although we didn't sleep in the bed. Bathroom was also clean and bottled water was provided. After carnival magic we decided to collect our belongings out of the room and get a taxi back to our hotel in Kata, we didn't feel comfortable to sleep in the room with our 2 year old. It didn't necessarily feel unsafe however it felt like an empty building with no staff or security downstairs, there was a slight gap in the door and the spy hole had been blocked up with tissue. For £** I cannot complain though and had I not been with a toddler, I would have slept there for the night. Very basic but you get what you pay for. The lady who checked us in was lovely. It was approx 20 mins walk to Carnival Magic and the smart bus stops at bigC over the road.
