Nestled high on a mountaintop in the Brook Forest of Evergreen, CO, this charming A-frame house is the perfect home away from home for your Evergreen getaway. Enjoy stunning mountain views by day and the sparkling lights of Denver by night from the spacious 16x20 deck.
The Space:
This cozy home features 3 inviting bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 with a full bed. The charming living room includes a comfortable sofa sleeper for additional guests. You’ll also find 2 sparkling bathrooms with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Laced with modern furnishings, large picture windows, and an open layout, this home boasts a relaxing, quiet and bright atmosphere.
Indoor Amenities:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blenders, and coffee maker. All cookware, utensils, dishware, coffee & tea assortment are provided.
Entertainment:
Three flat-screen TVs with access to streaming services. Board games, cards and puzzles.

Free high-speed Starlink WiFi to keep you connected.

Relaxing getaway in the Evergreen area. This location was secluded yet close to everything. It was a very relaxing stay!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences my girlfriend and I have ever had! The place is cute, modern, extremely clean, and has everything you need for a mountain getaway. The hosts even provided a bottle of wine and snacks! The kitchen has anything imaginable you would need to use for cooking and there is so much space to cook. Each of the bedrooms has a comfortable bed and thermostat control. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time. The best part though were the hosts. Anytime I had a question they immediately responded and were extremely kind. They deserve 6 stars to be honest. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay here again!
