Welcome to your modern mountain retreat in Conifer, a comfortable and updated home with wide open mountain views, a brand new Trex deck, a hot tub and a flexible layout perfect for families, groups and longer stays. The main level is bright and open with hardwood floors, large windows and an upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a commercial grade oven and hood. The primary suite offers its own mountain view and a spa style five piece bath.
The lower level functions as a true ADU style space with a private entrance, full kitchen, two light filled bedrooms and a large family room that opens directly to the fenced yard and hot tub area. This setup works great for multigenerational stays, remote work setups, guests needing extra privacy or groups that want to spread out.
The home is partially furnished. Guests are welcome to bring their own furniture if preferred. The manager can offer recommendations for furniture leasing and can potentially provide additional furniture pieces upon request, depending on the length of stay and needs.
Practical features make this home easy for longer stays. Municipal water, sewer, gas and electric keep things simple. The south facing driveway melts quickly after snow and the home sits on a regularly plowed school bus route. You are about 10 minutes to King Soopers, roughly 25 minutes to Golden and about 40 minutes to Downtown Denver. Conifer trails, parks and wildlife are all close by and elk and deer regularly pass behind the home.
