About this house rental
Top Gun is deliberately designed with the vacationer in mind. Take in the views from the large, well furnished screened porch on the top level or enjoy the charm of the tastefully appointed and fully tiled living/dining/kitchen area. The well equipped kitchen offers gorgeous granite counters and upscale stainless appliances. Enjoy a quick bite at the spacious breakfast bar or delight in a leisurely feast of the day's catch around the large dining table. A high chair is provided for the little ones. A convenient half bath/powder room is on this level. An attractive master suite on this top level has direct access to the large screened porch.
The lower level offers two beach side master suites each with a garden tub and separate shower in the private baths, as well as access to the large well-furnished covered deck on this level. A colorful bunk bedroom is a cozy place for the kids. The 4th bathroom is adjacent to the bunk bedroom. A morning kitchen/wet bar has a mini-fridge and 50lb / day ice maker.
The elevator reaches all levels from the ground up. Video library, multiple TVs/DVD players and a surround sound stereo plays your favorite tunes both indoors and out. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome.
Its all about the outdoors on St. George Island! The private pool (15x36) and 5-person hot tub provide refreshing retreats from a day in the sun. There is a poolside park-style grill, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fish cleaning station, under-house concrete parking, and covered entry. Golf Cart Friendly home/location.
The crib has been removed. We do have a pac n play.

Top Gun is definitely top notch!!! House was in great shape and the kitchen was well organized with nice pots and pans!!! The property manager is a dream to work with! A great family house with plenty of parking!

We had the best time staying at Top Gun. A group of us were at Top Gun for Chili Cookoff. Such a great floorplan for several people sharing. And the elevator is a game changer! Everything is there that you need including a very well equipped kitchen. We cooked some meals at the house and enjoyed Patty's Raw Bar and Blue Parrot for meals and entertainment other times via our rented golf cart. The mornings started with coffee on the front porch looking at the Gulf, and ended the same place with cocktails. The rental manager, Roxanne, is the best! Made booking and entry into the house fast and efficient. This was our second stay at Top Gun and we will definitely be back!

Great house with everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and the screen in 3 floor balcony was great for sitting out and having my morning coffee. Kids loved the pool and attached hot tub. Plenty of linens and even some beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. At my age now the elevator was a must to have and our elderly pet loved it too!
