Please be aware that the property is located in a central area, surrounded by restaurants and bars. While this provides great access to local attractions, it also means that there may be some noise during the night. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood!
House Rules:
1 - Check-out time: Before 11:00 am unless agreed otherwise.
2- Check-in time: After 3:00 pm unless agreed otherwise.
2 - Leave the apartment organized.
(The city trash container is outside up the block)
3 - Leave A/C off and turn off the lights.
4 - Lock the apartment door with the keypad button.
5- Do not throw face wipes, towels or anything that is not toilet paper. This will damage the pipes and flood the apartment.
6- Do not shower with sand on your body. Too much sand can damage the pipes due to the salt and density. Please try to clean as best as possible before entering the property.
7- We understand that you are on vacation but please do not shout and make loud music noises at late night hours. Is a residential area and is important to respect the community.
8- Any type of smoking is prohibited. Not all guests like the smell of smoking and can affect the experience of future guests.
9- We are a local company and we work every day to make your experience a good one, help us in not damaging the towels. They are very expensive and we want a clean environment for you and future guests.
10-Working hours is from 8AM-10PM
Pets Policy:
We take great pride in maintaining our property to ensure it`s in the best condition for all our guests.
While we love pets, they are not allowed on the property to maintain a safe and allergy-free environment for everyone. If you have received prior authorization to bring a service animal, a $100 fee will apply. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required to keep the space fresh and well-maintained for future guests.

Firstly, the detail shared prior to arrival and the attention extended during the stay is excellent - very attentive and professional. We found the locals in the area of the rental to be warm and kind. From the unit it is possible to walk past the government buildings and monuments toward the old town center (or you can take an Uber which would be no more than 5 minutes); on some of our walks into old town we chose to stroll along the seaside boulevard (it's a short 2 blocks to connect to this walkway) which really added to the experience - the shoreline is beautiful. We are 55 and the other rentees (we were in a 2nd floor walk up with a total of 6 units) we saw were more or the younger side (no problem - just an observation).
