The open-concept living space is simple and functional, with a dining table for meals or remote work, high-speed WiFi and a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, fridge and stove, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks.

Two comfortable bedrooms each offer a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet space and AC. The setup is ideal for travelers looking for equal comfort and privacy.

Relax on the small private patio, ideal for morning coffee or winding down after a day exploring. A washer and dryer are available, and there’s street parking nearby plus a dedicated parking spot. The building is easy to access with a keypad entry.
Please be aware that the property is located in a central area, surrounded by restaurants and bars. While this provides great access to local attractions, it also means that there may be some noise during the night. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood!

3 - Leave A/C off and turn off the lights.
4 - Lock the apartment door with the keypad button.
5- Do not throw face wipes, towels or anything that is not toilet paper. This will damage the pipes and flood the apartment.
6- Do not shower with sand on your body. Too much sand can damage the pipes due to the salt and density. Please try to clean as best as possible before entering the property.
7- We understand that you are on vacation but please do not shout and make loud music noises at late night hours. Is a residential area and is important to respect the community.
8- Any type of smoking is prohibited. Not all guests like the smell of smoking and can affect the experience of future guests.
9- We are a local company and we work every day to make your experience a good one, help us in not damaging the towels. They are very expensive and we want a clean environment for you and future guests.
10-Working hours is from 8AM-10PM

We had a wonderful stay in our efficient and very clean apartment. The owner was very responsive to our needs and worked hard to make us happy. I give this very nice accommodation a full '5' rating, even though there were two aspects that were difficult for us because of our ages (all of us were in our 70s or '80s). The stairway going from the first floor to 2nd floor bedroom was very steep, with 10 inch risers on the steps. Secondly, access to the bathroom was through the first floor bedroom.This made for an uncomfortable situation for the second floor bedroom occupants to use the bathroom in the middle of the night as they had to pass right through the first floor bedroom where people were sleeping. If you don't have a problem with a steep stairway with high steps and usually do not have a need to use the bathroom facilities in the middle of the night, this apartment would be very good for you. I suspect that most younger people would not find this to be an issue!
