Dünenrose - Your half of the thatched cottage is a 4-room vacation home spanning 80 square meters, offering comfortable and modern furnishings and amenities. Just arriving at Dünenrose gets you in the mood for a vacation by the sea.

Here’s what Dünenrose looks like:
On the first floor:

A small entryway with a view into the open living area, providing a relaxing welcome for all guests. Adjacent to the hallway is the first bathroom with a walk-in shower. A small utility room provides space for the washing machine. A spacious, stylish, and incredibly cozy living-dining area with a leather sofa, armchair, fireplace, and smart TV. The kitchen area features a large dining table for 6 people and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, and plenty of other kitchen utensils. From the open-concept kitchen-living area, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace area with a view of the open, unspoiled nature of the Salzhaff region. Here, you can also wonderfully enjoy the clear Baltic Sea sky and simply unwind

Upstairs:

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and offer guests a place to retreat.

Important Information:
Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and setting off fireworks (New Year’s Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

Named “Dünenrose” and “Tuttelduuv,” this semi-detached house is situated in an idyllic, out-of-the-way location within a quiet vacation home community in the resort town of Pepelow, right on the Salzhaff Bay of the Baltic Sea. What makes it special is the unobstructed view from both terraces of the beautiful natural landscape of the Salzhaff region. This makes it one of the few homes that offers our guests this view.

With two separate entrances, the semi-detached house features two beautiful apartments, each measuring 80 square meters, offering ample space for up to 10 adult guests and one toddler up to 2 years old. A total of 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms in each unit, and a cozy living-dining area in each with an adjoining terrace overlooking the magnificent landscape of the Salzhaff region make your stay here truly perfect. The choice is yours… book the entire two-family home as an “XL” option, or opt for just one half.

The small garden surrounding the vacation home offers space for dining together and relaxing. For kids, there’s plenty of room in the garden and around the vacation home to play, run around, and make friends. A nearby playground offers many more opportunities for play.

Beautiful nature and tranquility, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, turn every day of your vacation here into a restful retreat and ensure a lasting sense of relaxation. It’s just 900 m to the swimming area and the insider surf spot at Salzhaff.

Leisure:
The charming vacation town of Pepelow is located directly on the Salzhaff, offers small local shops, and is also a wonderful starting point to explore the Baltic Sea coast with its seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, the island of Poel, or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar.

Right nearby is the San Pepelone campground (700 m) with a kiteboarding and surfing school, a small shop (open during the season) for daily necessities and fresh bread, the Seaside beach restaurant; a seafood snack bar serving freshly caught fish, and a varied breakfast menu.

The natural beach features a playground, beach volleyball, rentals of surfing equipment, boats, and bicycles, and fishing.

Extras for families:

Please note:
One dog is permitted in both the Dünenrose and the Tuttelduuv and must be declared and booked in advance.
(10 euros per night, plus a 42.00 euro dog cleaning fee)

2 hours of sauna use are included. Each additional hour costs 5 euros—the sauna is operated with tokens.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 to 10:00.
