With great attention to detail and a keen sense of atmosphere, the house has been furnished with wonderful decor—harmonious, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed. Each room tells its own little story and makes settling in easy.

Four spacious bedrooms offer room for family, friends, or both at the same time. Two modern bathrooms ensure comfort, while the in-house sauna—with a view over the thatched roofs—becomes a ritual—a place to take a deep breath and let go.

At the heart of the home: the light-filled living room with a crackling fireplace, which flows seamlessly into the open kitchen. This is where you cook, share stories, and laugh—all while enjoying a view of the Salzhaff. Large windows bring the sea right into the heart of the house.

Outside: a garden straight out of a painting. Pure nature, front-row seating, and the sound of the sea included. Sunrise, the cries of seagulls, the scent of salt in the air—this isn’t just a vacation. It’s a way of life.

Leisure:
The charming vacation spot Pepelow is located directly on the Salzhaff, offers small local shops, and is also a wonderful starting point to explore the Baltic Sea coast with its seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, the island of Poel, or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar.

Right next door is the San Pepelone campground (800 m) with a kiteboarding and surfing school, a small shop (open during the season) for daily necessities, bread rolls, the Seaside beach restaurant; a fish stand serving freshly caught seafood, and a varied breakfast menu.

The natural beach features a playground, beach volleyball and volleyball courts, rentals of surfing equipment, boats, and bicycles, and fishing.

The open living and dining area is located in the lower level —the central gathering place. The kitchen is seamlessly integrated, modernly equipped, and ready for cooking together. The large dining table invites you to enjoy long conversations, game nights, or breakfast with a view of the greenery and the sea. The living room with a fireplace is bright, cozy, and open—a place that comes alive and brings people together.

Right next door: the first bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00), quietly situated and ideal for guests or those who prefer to stay on the first floor. There’s also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, lovingly and tastefully designed, and perfectly accessible for everyone on the first floor.

Dreaming upstairs—with a sweeping view

The upper floor surprises with its openness and light. The gallery connects the rooms and gives the floor its unique character—a place for books, music, or simply enjoying the view outside through the beautiful dormer window.

Up here, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), bright and cozy, each with its own unique layout and plenty of space to relax. Another bedroom with a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) rounds out the living space—ideal for children or guests who want their own area.

The highlight of the house is also located up here: the beautiful bathroom with a sauna. Spacious, bright—a place to relax. While the warmth is soothing, your gaze wanders over the thatched roofs of the surrounding area—a feeling of luxury and spaciousness, without being overwhelming.

Pets:
A maximum of one well-trained, house-trained dog with a maximum shoulder height of 40 cm is welcome. Please add your dog to your reservation and also select the one-time dog cleaning service. Thank you very much.
