Our stay for 4 adults over 60 was comfortable with good location and quiet community. There were a couple of issues regarding cleaning, however the host was very open and respectful to my comments and assured they would be addressed such as soiled spots on the carpet.

Have been staying in this condo for 3 years now. New owners and some updating has been done in the last year. Great location for us for our friends and going to Ducky Festival in Bellaire. Love the creek behind the condo.

Good location, close to downtown Bellaire. Beach nearby was very nice, quiet and limited to people who live at Shanty Creek. Pool at the complex is small but was clean. Nice screened in back porch that abutts to a wooded area with a stream.

This condo was very nice, clean and peaceful. It was close toTorch Lake, our main reason for visiting. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.
