This pet-friendly home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it ideal for families, larger groups or business/medical travelers. Enjoy a quiet yet central location with easy access to D.C.’s iconic attractions, vibrant local spots, and some of the best beer gardens, wine bars, and venues in the area.

The space
For those visiting Howard Univeristy or MedStar Washington Hospital Center both are on your doorstep making it the perfect location.
With rare off-street parking, smart home features, and a focus on eco-friendly living, this home provides a seamless and enjoyable experience for your stay.
Primary Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a queen-size bed, a firm mattress, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious jetted bathtub.
Second Bedroom: Furnished with a queen-size bed and a medium-firm mattress, this room also includes a desk and monitor, perfect for remote work. Bright and airy, it overlooks lush greenery.
Third Bedroom: Ideal for children or additional guests, this room features a bunk bed that sleeps up to three (two standard twin beds and one smaller twin).
The home includes a dedicated dining area for six, a cozy living room with a sectional couch and smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and eco-friendly coffee supplies. Additional amenities include an in-house washer and dryer, a small front patio, and three off-street parking spaces monitored by 24/7 security cameras.
This property’s location ensures easy access to both local gems and D.C.’s iconic landmarks, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Whether you’re here for work, leisure, or a family getaway, this home is designed to make your stay both comfortable and memorable.

There is a secondary english basement suite that is rented out separately. While no spaces are shared you may see the other guests in the grounds of the house. There are also a few small storage areas that are locked off with cleaning supplies and some of our personal belongings.
The parking area at the back of the home is shared with the basement suite guests.

Start of trip was a little rocky due to 3rd party verification. Communicate with the host and was able to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. This home was a home away from home. Very clean and came with everything that you would need. Checkout time changed 3 times during stay but again…This was an over all a great trip and location.
