Family & Group Trips to DC - 4-BR Close to METRO

There was plenty of room for all of us including 3 bathrooms. Great location with easy access to the Metro.

Great price, spacious, AC, great location, comfortable beds, full sized appliances with available dishes and cookware, convenient washer and dryer, great location near DC’s Metro buses and trains, great shopping , quiet tree lined street, with other well maintained homes. Close proximity to a Metro train station and close by bus stop, bus ride to all Smithsonian museums, African American museum, the National Archives, US Capital, White House, Washington and Lincoln Memorials and short drive or inexpensive Uber cost to Arlington National Cemetery.

The home has a great front porch but didn’t have any available seating. Have available a large citronella candle or incense for the excessive mosquitoes. Add TV’s to bedrooms,

Excellent location

The location was convenient—close to the metro—and the door code made access simple. The cleaning crew did a great job overall, but the area rug was extremely dirty, likely because there weren’t enough chairs for the dining table, so people ended up using the rug for meal time and such.

There were also several maintenance issues throughout the home. In the master bathroom, the towel ring wasn’t attached to the wall and the shower curtain was too short, leaving water everywhere after each shower to be cleaned up. In the upstairs bathroom, the toilet seat was loose, the soap trays were barely attached, the shower head had problems, and the light fixture was taped to the wall. A refrigerator drawer needed repair, the dryer blocked part of the back door, and there was an extra refrigerator in the kitchen with no indication of whether it worked. In the downstairs bedroom, outlets and lights didn’t function, so a surge protector was placed outside the door. In the downstairs bathroom, the towel bar fell off the wall and the vanity light didn’t work.
