The Space:
Welcome to Ocean View Escape, a beautiful condo located on the 4th floor of Shores of Panama that boasts mesmerizing views of the Florida Gulf. If you’re looking for an amenity-focused resort with dazzling coastlines, this is the place for your dream getaway! The space is a coastal retreat with nautical accents found throughout. The living room hosts ample seating, beams of natural light, a TV, double-wide balcony access, and leads right into the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make flavorful meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a coffee maker, toaster, and wine ware is also available for your convenience. When cooking in, don’t hesitate to enjoy your meal outside on the balcony for a true al fresco Florida dining experience!
Speaking of the balcony, the space outside has plenty of comfortable patio furniture and overlooks the resort pool below and the Gulf of Mexico on the horizon. Swaying palm trees and a salty breeze makes it the perfect area to dive into a good book or enjoy a refreshing cocktail.
Back inside, the home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. No matter where you land, each space is sure to provide a restful stay. There are also 2 full bathrooms, both with a shower/tub combo to accommodate guests.

The property is located in The Shores of Panama, a 23-story Gulf front property in Panama City with an impressive list of luxury amenities. In addition to resort amenities, the property sits right between the Florida Gulf and Lake Powell, allowing guests to enjoy the beach and waterway access. Received too many emails (7)and texts (6). It Made it hard to find the appropriate one. Hidden fees, cleaning fee and resort fee weren’t included; just TELL PEOPLE from the get go. Otherwise, it makes you seem shady.Wrong information sent about obtaining the resort pass- required BEFORE you park and the parking gate doesn’t have a keypad, for the code sent by email. Apparently they’ve told the property manager several times about the “new process”. Also, our wrist bands didn't even work.Lastly, the room. Honestly the other stuff was petty compared to the cleanliness of the condo. Torn couch cushions and pillows. Bathroom door lock broken. Mildew around the bathtub handle, faucet and temperature dial. My niece put her luggage under the bed - the amount of sand under there was CRAZY. Drawers and cupboards need a serious wipe down- old food and sand everywhere. I would suggest a VERY DEEP CLEAN.Also, heavier comforters would be nice. The staff were nice, the pool and beach access were amazing.

Great condo and resort. The parking garage can be a bit of a maze and frustrating to get up and down levels with the tight turn radius for a larger truck. All of the staff were wonderful, polite, and very helpful with all of our needs/concerns.
