I thought the location was nice as it was right across from the beach. There were three different pools and one child pool that was available most of the trip. Parking was easy to get to. The room was nice, but there improvements or things that needed to be fixed.

The two women at the front desk were not friendly at all. This was a 21-floor condo and when we went to check in (we were only on the 7th floor) there were not carts available, and they said there would be a wait of 30 minutes to an hour for a cart. We unfortunately had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. When we finally got into our room, there was some kind of air freshener that was so overwhelming we had to put it into one of the cabinets. The main bedroom the door would not shut, the dresser was nice but in one of the drawers there was a screw that was sticking out that we had to make sure not to hit or we would have gotten cut. There were two bathrooms and in both there was a dispenser for soap, shampoo, and conditioner and they were both empty (we brought our own, but why is that in there if they aren't going to be filled?). The second bedroom had no dresser or closet to store your clothes. In the kitchen area the cabinet door under the sink was broke, the cabinet above the stove was covered in grease to where we didn't even store anything. One of the side tables in the living room wouldn't close and the TV stand had lights that we couldn't figure out how to turn off and were on the entire trip. I didn't read this anywhere but apparently you can't hang your towels on the balcony to dry them from being at the beach or the pool. I have no problem following the rules but again I didn't see this posted anywhere this wasn't allowed. There was a light show at the lake that we were told started at 8pm but apparently started earlier than that so we only saw a 3-minute light show until our last night. For the last three days of our trip one of the pools were shutdown, not sure why.
