Great location, great amenities such as multiple pools, easy access to the beach
There were no luggage carts available at check-in nor check out. We had to make multiple trips back and forth from the 2nd floor garage, up to the 11th floor and back down again. Two small elevators for a very large resort.

Fun place to stay
It wasn’t clean the floors made my feet black the shower still had hair all in it. There were three light bulbs out. Just need to take more times on cleaning instead of just the high spots

The resort was close to everything! Right across the street from the beach, 5 pools, gift shop and daquari bar. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and clean, master bathroom - huge.
Elevator was very as expected, but went down for a few hours and was fixed quickly. Rooftop hot tub was not hot and used as another pool and weight room was closed.
