- 2 miles from Vanderbilt Beach (5-minute drive).
- 1.4 miles from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (4-minute drive).

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen, with its custom cabinetry, modern stainless steel appliances, large dining table, and sprawling island, it is perfect for family meals or entertaining. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this spacious kitchen has everything you need. Some of the features include: Carote non-stick pans, a Ninja blender, toaster, Cuisinart 12-Cup on Demand Coffeemaker, a tea kettle, and stocked essentials like creamers, sugars, teas, and some essential spices.

All bedrooms have custom window shades.
- Primary Suite: King-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Twin-size air mattress available.

New house, very clean and organized. They are very thoughtful with their accommodations, soap and shampoo in every shower, trash bags, dish soap, plenty of towels and pillows, mops, sweeper and blower for leafs outside, very nice rental.I would recommend this house to everyone.

The owners thought of everything we could possibly need even down to white noise machines in every room. They were also incredibly responsive when we had a question. Great people to work with!
