Perfect for families, it features 2 master bedrooms - one opening up to a private sundeck, the other stepping right out to the pool. Relax in your tropical backyard oasis complete with an (optional) heated pool, Tiki bar with TV, BBQ, and pool loungers. The pool area is lavished with incredible amenities such as a Tiki Bar with television, BBQ Island, hammock, sundeck with lounge chairs, and fun poolside games. The pool is also equipped with a heater which can be provided upon request for a nominal fee. The wrap around front porch with rocking chairs, is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea.
The home has four bedrooms and three baths and sleeps up to twelve people. The bedrooms are all equipped with their own televisions. The first of the two Master size bedrooms is downstairs with a California King bed, and a Queen size sleeper sectional. This room leads directly to the pool and backyard area. The second master size bedroom is upstairs with a California King bed as well. This room opens to a private sundeck where you can lounge out while taking in the beautiful Naples weather or do some stargazing at night. The other two bedrooms are upstairs furnished with queen-size beds. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar and complimentary coffee. The kitchen opens to side a side patio with outside covered seating and there you can grab your choice of 6 bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other fun beach toys for the kids. The living room also has a television and a pullout queen couch. All of these incredible amenities and just minutes away from the beach.

Both the attractive, modern house and our host Antonio were terrific. Our 11-person, three-generation family spent a lot of time enjoying the kid-friendly heated pool (with a basketball net) and Tiki bar. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and conveniently located just a three-minute drive from two of the best beaches in Naples and very near lots of shops and restaurants.As for our host, he couldn't have been more accommodating, quickly responding to any questions we had. For example, when the blender stopped working, he had a very high-end model delivered the next day.Highly recommended.

Stay was great! Perfect house for 4 guys to make a 4 day 3 night golf trip to Naples. Close to course, 1 mile to Vanderbilt beach, and 3 miles to Mercato shops. The Tiki Hut is the #1 feature and makes this a must visit VRBO!
