Nice home, could have been cleaner and the amenities and host have room for improvement. Overall would recommend.

House was nice and should have been perfect for our 7 sr guy golf trip - biggest issue was that there were several items that I would have you expected to be included that were not available unless you paid an extra fee - 2 biggest examples of this were 1) swimming pool and hot tub - you couldn’t use it unless you paid extra and 2) the television was all streaming so we couldn’t watch local news or worse, the ncaa men’s tournament unless we logged into our home accounts and figured that out - this is the first VRBO that I have ever seen that approached extras as pay to use. Also the beds were pretty uncomfortable in general but perhaps the biggest issue I had is that the fees changed after I made the booking - VRBO blamed the host and the host blamed VRBO - still working thru getting this fixed but I’m not confident that it will get resolved - shame because overall this is was a nice home but the issues above would definitely keep me from renting it again
