Vanderbilt Aqua Vista

Beautiful comfortable house and pool area. Lovely location. Home from home.

Upon arrival we contacted Vacasa to make them aware that there wasn't any wine or prosecco glasses despite all of us thoroughly searching the house. Most properties have a inventory check between customers so I'm not sure how this was missed. Normally we would compromise but we had booked the house as part of my daughters 21st Birthday celebration. We were told they would contact the local team to rectify it. Clearly this wasn't done as no resolution ... Minor details such as shower gel not being topped up, lack of tea towel and dishwasher tablets. Also instructions on how to operate appliances in the house and jacuzzi would be helpful. All the little things that are easily rectified which would have made our stay a 10/10.

The house was very clean and the pool was perfect. Spacious living room and very well equipped.

The main access to the pool is by the living room sliding glass doors. They are completely worn out and you need to put some muscle into opening and closing the door. My wife couldn't move it. the door lock is broken and the security is a 2x4 piece of wood. This a great house, just a shame that the access to the pool is a huge inconvenience.

La maison était globalement propre, la piscine est super, la présence de jouets pour les enfants est un plus. Le canapé et les lits sont très confortables. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque quasiment rien.

Nous avons fait appel au personnel durant tout le séjour pour que quelqu’un vienne réparer l’électricité du côté du micro onde, car les prises électriques n’étaient pas fonctionnelles, on m’a répété chaque jour que quelqu’un allait venir mais personne n’est venue malgré mes demandes quotidiennes, en précisant que j’ai deux bébés et que j’avais vraiment besoin du micro-onde, mais personne n’est jamais venu. Si vous avez un soucis, ne comptez sur personne pour venir vous dépanner.
