nice place in a good area. Master bath is AWESOME!! very shallow at dock. Pool did not get cleaned once in a 11 day stay. Air stopped working the last day we were there. Overall a very good experience. I would stay again but would hope for better maintenance of the home.

My wife, daughter, and I met up with my sister, her husband, and their two kids in Cocoa Beach for spring break, and we had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our group. The kids (ages 7, 8, and 10) spent hours enjoying the pool and loved hanging out on the dock, especially when they spotted manta rays swimming by.The location is great—just a quick 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to a nearby beach park. The house itself was beautiful, with modern appliances, smart TVs, and a spacious, well-thought-out floor plan.If you’re a family or someone who enjoys being outdoors, this place is a gem. Sitting on the dock, watching the wildlife and taking in the view, was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Highly recommend!
