Experience a luxury living retreat at this fully renovated and newly furnished 1st-floor condo in the secure Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club gated community. This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was designed to have your comfort in mind whether you like to play golf on-site or relax near pools and beaches.
It offers a King bed in the master and a Queen bed in the 2nd room. The unit has 2 large TVs: in the living room and Master bedroom, WIFI, cable, and electricity included, a washer and dryer, a wine cooler fridge, a garage, and extra parking space. Back Lanai has golf course views and is a great spot to have a drink and watch the sunset or a live golf game, while the front lanai would be perfect for morning coffee time.
The community offers a golf course, pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a large variety of social activities, tournaments, a service restaurant/bar, a Grilling area, and a fitness center along with miles of sidewalks for strolls, walking the dog, jogging, or biking.
Great location, just minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and Bunche Beach State Park, popular places for swimming, fishing, boating, and much more! Close to various restaurants, attractions, and stores to meet all your needs (Target, Walmart, Aldi, and Publix).
For Golf lovers, Golf Club Membership transfer fee is available by request ($400-$600 fee to be paid directly to the HOA at the time of arrival ) you get the full enjoyment of the Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club, including an 18-hole championship golf, tournament level clay tennis and pickleball courts, wellness center, indoor and outdoor full-service restaurant, clubs, lounge, snack bar and a variety of other fun activities planned every month. This home was clean and well appointed. The location was a bike ride to the beach and a short drive to everything else. Everything was just has the host described and the host was also very attentive. A stay here is highly recommended.
