Apartment is clean and spacious for 1/2 people. If you value your car, I would maybe look at a mainstream hotel with an actual car park. It says parking out front.... what it means is, if you are lucky, there is space on the road. Radiator didn't get warm in the bathroom, so was absolutely freezing in Nov Blackpool weather, I did email and tell them this, the answer basically asked me if I knew how a radiator worked! The apartment is clean and tidy. A few more amenities would be helpful. I.e there is an oven, but no oven glove or tea towel to remove anything form the oven.

Location is good, everything’s walkable. Room was spacious and very good considering what the surrounding areas were offering and also for the value I will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever to visit Blackpool again!

Great property,local area run down but a gem in the middle of the south shore. Phoned staff re parking,extremelly helpful and pleasant. Really impressed with layout. Beds a bit spongy but comfortable.

Brilliant apartment, so close to the beach and had all the amenities needed. Alot of fruit flies in the property which was very annoying, especially when trying to cook/eat. Apart from that I would highly recommend!

No hot water. Couldn't get into the property despite filling out the correct forms, no email (yes, I checked the junk folder too). Hairs in the bedding and pillows.

Only stayed for one night for a last minute weekend away, didn't need or expect much, usually stay in branded hotels but they get boring so went for something different. This studio was lovely. Huge bed, Amazing shower! Didn't need to use it but there's a full kitchen, fridge freezer, oven, everything you'd need. We stayed in studio 5 on top floor; tower view from the bed, sea view to the left at the window. Lush soft carpets, spot on cleanliness and fancy decor. Got what we needed; a bed for the night, will definitely be back :) Bus stop on the doorstep, 3 shops across the road that are open till midnight, 2 minutes walk to st chads tram stop, 15 minutes walk from the tower, 5ish minutes to tramtown.
