ARRIVE Albuquerque

The Arrive was the last hotel on a months long road trip that had seen us stay at many contrasting hotels. Staying at an iconic Route 66 hotel that had been revamped sympathetically to keep all of its character whilst upgrading its facilities was everything we hoped for. From the moment we drove down Route 66 and past the sign we knew we had picked right. The location is superb with restaurants and brunch spots in a few 100 meters. The walk to old town was a 25 minute stroll which is always welcome after a long drive. There is a patio area for sitting out by the pool that we took advantage of. I would like to give a shout out to the staff as well, we had a leak in our bathroom which we didn’t notice until the next morning. On being informed maintenance turned up promptly, assessed the situation and asked if it would be ok to move us. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience (there really wasn’t any at all but thanks) and the matter was resolved efficiently and with no impact on our stay. Thank you to the staff. If you are looking for a hotel with character with all of the facilities you like then this is the hotel for you.

We loved our stay. Great Valet parking and professional staff. We were worried about the location of the hotel for safety concerns, but we had a great stay and couldn’t be more satisfied.

What a fun hotel experience! If chain hotels are vanilla ice cream, this place is homemade bourbon pecan with caramel drizzle. It's a boutique hotel in a beautifully transformed older building, full of character and personality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to make sure guests had a great stay. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and that makes a huge difference. The lounge? Fantastic. Great atmosphere, excellent cocktails, and the kind of place where you sit down for "just one drink"... and suddenly an hour has disappeared. We didn't eat in the restaurant (there are only so many meals in a day), but the menu looked fantastic. It's already on the list for next time. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Refreshing, relaxing, and just another reason this place gets it right. Hotels can be just a place to sleep... or they can become part of the trip. This one was definitely part of the trip. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for something with charm, personality, and people who genuinely care about the guest experience.

Room was very clean, and staff was great
