The hotel is falling apart. Parts of the floor were missing , light fixtures were missing or broken , water faucet was broken , shower pressure was low , air conditioning didn't work ,dodgy characters hang around in the parking lot , and to top it all off they take a cash deposit.

Poor quality property with even worse customer service.

First of all... bed bugs on 10/22/2025, room 212. The pictures of this hotel are from another era. The building is extremely run-down,, and has very poor quality interior repairs. I was just about to turn off the lights and go to sleep when I noticed a bug crawling on my arm--took a photo and sure enough... bed beg. The on-site managers were understanding, but they called the actual manager, apparently Bhupendra Modi, and I could hear him tell them that he would only refund if the bed bug could be positively confirmed, had zero interest in booking me a room at another hotel at their expense, which seems fair to me, since it was now about 10 PM, and I had no room, and appeared to have no concern that his hotel had bed bugs. I was too tired to wait around, so I booked a different hotel at twice the price, half an hour away, and get the heck out of there.

Don't stay here. It should be condemned. Scary place

Front desk lady was so nice and responsive. I had to request a second set of towels and they were clean and soft.

So many things. First of all - don't stay here. Floor tiles were not attached to the floor and several were missing. toilet paper roll broken, paint peeling off ceiling, duvet had a giant burn hole in the middle, bed sank in the middle, no blow dryer - had to ask for one. hole in floor by bath. This place should be condemned. Homeless drug addicts walking around in parking lot. Scary - only stayed here for the Balloon fiesta but I learned my lesson. next year I will stay farther out of the city.

They advertise that breakfast is included but there is no breakfast at this location. It needs to be removed from the website.

The property looked and felt like an unkept, rundown, seedy motel you rent by the hour.

It was rundown, sketchy, and unclean. The front door handle came off in my hand and the room had only a small tiny slide lock. Undesirable tenants were sitting on the steps blocking access to the room. The bathroom door handle was broken and you could either get locked inside or locked outside the bathroom.

Heidi making an exception when my son was robbed.

How my son was treated before I got there. Not answering or transfering my calls to my sons room before I arrived at the Wyndham Albuquerque Downtown Hotel. After arriving my room did not have a fridge in it. I was told they would put it in but I told him I didn't need it and would use the one in my sons room. I didn:t understand why there was no phone in my room though. There was also no coffee pot or plate in the microwave. There was also no remote to the tv. I was told they would try to find me one but I said I would do it manually on the tv. I never did see any breakfast while I was there. I was not happy about the bedbugs in my bed. Tryed to stay outside smoking due to the fact I could not bring myself to get in the bed again. I barely got any sleep while I was there.

Not the best stay I've had in my travels.

I had not seen the property until I arrived. The manager named "Heidi" was very sweet and good to work with. The room desperately in need of work for the floors, lighting, simple toilet paper holders and new bed blankets covers! There were unseemly drunk characters hanging outside my door asking to come in from 9pm. to 11pm. I did not receive much sleep. The manager was very pleasant person and was very busy.

Heidi and Lawrence were amazing people! So very helpful. 😃 And very kind. The bed was comfortable. Lawrence even went to the store and bought a new remote for us, as the room didn't have one. We were able to park on site with our trailer.

The skills of their housekeepers are not good. If the weather had not turned bad, I would not have stayed. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but had cigarette burns in the bed skirt. The mattress cover was not even on the bed. The bathroom sink had black streaks in it. The bedside table had some kind of sticky glass rings on it. I feel bad stating such negative things, but it is the truth.

We do not recommend. No tissue in the bathroom, dirty facilities, dry pool and no breakfast.

Sadly, there is nothing positive about their breakfast. Even the apple juice and water machine didn’t work.

There was not really a breakfast. They had some old apples, a few granola bards and orange juice. They had coffee but not cups that could be used with hot drinks. A fiasco to say the least
