Compassionate when we needed this

The manager was considerate and generous. In the face of a crisis at home, we needed to depart a day early with very little notice. The manager of Rodeway Inn Albuquerque offered a partial refund. This act of generosity makes him stand out as we recollect the many accommodations we stayed at. Thank you again, Sir. We still appreciate your kindness when we needed it most.

The receptionist at the time we came there he was super super nice .thisbis the only thing we like

We choose this place because we need to rest to continue ours travels but we regretted also very spensive to poor quality but also it was balloms festival around so that’s why was expensive Omg wen didn’t sleep you can here any noise from any room the pillow omg 😭 so bad shape and dirty That picture they post from is not and I forgot to take picture I just want to leave . No picture we was very tired

Very pleasant stay in centrally located small family run hotel

Conveniently located family run hotel that offers needed!! Large rooms with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large tv, closed, desk and a table with two chairs. Feeling very comfortable without having to pay much. Very friendly and helpful owner!!!

A great refurbished classic Route 66 Motel under excellent management. VERY clean, New A/C and big comfortable beds. They'll even give you a quarter for the ice machine. A clean pool even! Highly recommend.

No coffee or cont breakfast like they claimed. Bathtub had hair in it, then I found pubes in and around the bathroom sink! Disgusting… Indian prayer books instead of bibles.

Road trip

Chris was so nice we were a little late but he still had our rooms holding Chris made us feel very comfortable.

The convenience easy to find, it was for only one night we had a 13 hr. drive so we were vary tired going to Baton Rouge LA I would stay again.

Friendly family motel

Friendly staff and comfortable room. The bed was also good.

Not the best neighborhood, which may not be best if you are traveling alone and need to be out at night. The doors of the rooms are outside, directly facing the parking lot so anyone can access the entrances without passing the reception. The guy at the front desk reassured me he is watching the property cameras until 2 am though. There was no place to get fresh water to refill a bottle.

Extremely rude staff member made this one of my worst hotel experiences ever.

The office assistance tried to make me pay an additional cleaning fee. When I showed her that I had already paid a cleaning fee on my Booking.com invoice she became very rude. She then said that I was trying to check-in late (it was past 11:00 pm) and that she did not have to allow me to check in. I again showed her my Booking.com reservation where I gave notice that my plane was going to arrive after 11:00 pm and that I would be checking-in close to midnight. The Booking.com reply was that the motel was notified and would not be a problem. The staff member then threatened to cancel my reservation because I was being argumentative and she said that she would call the police if I did not leave. I had just finished travelling from Europe, it was midnight, I was tired, and there were no other hotels to check into at that time. The staff member only allowed me to stay if I paid an additional $50 deposit in cash. I paid the cash deposit but she would not sign a receipt that I had paid it. Luckily when I checked out the next morning the other staff member gave me my deposit back. The person who checked me in was extremely rude, did not honor the reservation I had made through Booking.com, and did not acknowledge the notes I had sent to Booking.com which I had a reply that all was OK and taken care of. I have traveled to many countries and stayed at multiple hotels. I have never been treated to such bad customer service as I received from that staff member. I cannot ever recommend that hotel.

Decent downtown location, good pricing point, good size bedroom and bathroom. Parking felt secure.

We have marked this Rodeway off our list.

We had stayed a week earlier at a Rodeway Inn in Tucumcari and was very impressed. This is an older property and our room was pretty small. We had a frig and microwave but NO coffee pot. Electrical outlets were very difficult to find. We had to move the mattress from the wall to plug in my husband’s C pap and the outlet was exposed and loose. Every time he turned in bed the C Pap would shut off. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Nowhere else to get ready.

Advertised as pet friendly but no where for our dog to go potty. Lots of homeless in the the parking lot. Felt unsafe. We left after only a couple hours.

The location was awesome. Right on Route 66 for a great price.

They had some bogus note on the ice machine, saying it did not work until the spring or something. I bet it doesn’t work in the spring either. I think any in every hotel in the USA should have ice. Also, the general manager refused to allow a late check out, even when there were less than half of the units occupied in hotel. I found that to be cheap.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information we asked for and more, they even draw a map with all the places we wanted to visit. They gave us something positive to remember from our visit to Albuquerque, thank you.

Dirty. Fire burns in blanket covers, dirty in beds, mini fridge didn’t work, and pool was disgusting! No breakfast available even though online it says it does.

Chris the manager for one of his family or employees were friendly and someone was always around for questions or problems, and to keep an eye on things. They were able to change rooms when I started with a smoking room (forgot to request non smoking). Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is close to the freeway and close to where I was working. Had a microwave and mini fridge.

Older building and decor. Needs some upgrades, but overall, good value for your money.

Not much other than quick access to the interstate.

The room smelled bad, like old old cold smoke. The blanket which was very thin had a cigarette hole in it. The light next to the bed had its cord cut and was not replaced. I actually had to use my headlamp to read in the room.The owners are so cheap that they unscrewed two or three light bulbs in the bathroom. The bed was awful the road noise was terrible. No coffee available, not in the room and not in the lobby. Nothing was provided. Oh, and get this, they tack on a room service charge of $4 plus change which is not disclosed on the booking.com website.Would never stay there again.

The gentleman that checked me in was awesome!

The rest of the staff on the morning of the 21st of march were rude. My room key stopped working and I had to be let in by management, was prisoner in my room due to the key not working if I left. No clear checkout time, went out for breakfast and when I returned my room was cleared and all of my items were removed.
