La struttura si trova sopra a un bar/pub. La sera, soprattutto il fine settimana, ci potrebbe essere un po’ di rumore fastidioso.

un piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Reggio Emilia

l’appartamento si trova in posizione centrale, appena fuori la Ztl, si presenta caldo e accogliente, curato in ogni dettaglio, la cucina è attrezzata. L’appartamento è esattamente come si vede nelle foto. Nelle vicinanze c’è anche un ampio parcheggio con le strisce blue.

Ottimo appartamento in zona centrale

L'appartamentino è davvero carino, molto ben arredato, il balconcino esterno è una chicca. Tutto curato, pulito e confortevole. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Parcheggio molto vicino (ovviamente a pagamento ma diversamente è impossibile!) Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Appartamento msnsardato molto luminoso, silenzioso, curato, pulito, confortevole, con terrazzino appartato attorniato da alberi, nel centro di Reggio Emilia, ideale per il relax dopo il lavoro. Personale gentilissimo.

Ottima posizione e super pulito.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento a pochi passi dal centro storico di Reggio Emilia e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, curato nei dettagli e caratterizzato da un bellissimo soffitto con travi a vista, che dona calore e carattere agli ambienti. Un altro punto di forza è il terrazzino, perfetto per godersi un momento di relax all’aperto. Posizione comoda, atmosfera accogliente: lo consigliamo vivamente!

L’unico neo che ho trovato è che mancavano le tende in bagno.
