Fairly modern , clean and managed nicely. Very comfortable beds.
Felt private and peaceful.
Nice newly done balcony and seating area.
Lovely view of the lake.
The fridge doesn’t hold temperature (wasn’t cold enough)
To enjoy any activity, you have to go off campus, the caravan had a stuffy smell.
There was a crack in the shower floor.
Shame it’s a late check in and an early check out.

The lodge had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the lake view was gorgeous. Our host, Emily, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. She also provided clear directions and easy-to-follow instructions, so we had no trouble finding or accessing the property. The location is conveniently situated, just 20 minutes from Exeter city centre.
The only minor downside was that the caravan was quite warm during the three days we stayed, but this was due to the hot summer weather. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.
